Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Consumption recommendation
Please take 3 x 4 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. It is best to take it at least half an hour before a meal with around 200 ml of still water.
